My toshiba laptop satellite L305-S5934 when I turn on goes to a black and white screen that says For Realtek RTL8101E/8102E PCI-E Ethernet Controller v1.07
PXE-E61:Media test failure, check cable
PXE-MOF: exiting PXE ROM
No bootable device - - insert boot disk and press any key
What do I need to do?

Your disk has apparently failed. You will probably have to replace the hard drive. You may as well get an SSD now. Reinstall Windows and and restore your data from backups...
