Please HELP WINDOWS WONT REINSTALL AFTER FACTORY RESET

I have factory reset my pc and now there is a popup when turning on the pc that says unexpected error occurred windows wont reinstall then i click restart on the popup and it happens again. This process goes on and on and doesnt stop. If you dont know how to fix this please say if its worth visiting a pc repair shop.

The computer could not have a partition on it with the original OS, which would make it incapable of the reset without an external source (DVD/CD/USB) with the OS. It could be there is/was a partition on the drive with it, but the files are damaged or corrupt. The drive itself could be the problem.

If you have a DVD/CD/USB with the original OS on it, I would try that first. Should that not work, or you don't have it, then try a tech.

I did that and put in the disc and nothing happened the same popup is there and i press ok and it restarts again and keeps doing that shall i just take to a pc repair shop

I would. It could be something simple, but it could also be a part needing replacement. Better to have it looked at.
