I am confused about the Processor and the graphics card.
You can checkout the Processor Ranking List and the GPU Ranking List.
I am so confused about these two and I hope someone can help me.

HP and Dell laptops are the worst. If you can afford it look at Asus, MSI and Lenovo instead.

From the specs, the first one is better.

The first one has better specs both of CPU and GPU.. 'U' series processors are better as compared to 'M' series..

I have 4010u.. Even with a lesser clock speed it performs better..

4th gen is 10% more efficient than 3rd.. Less heating and remarkable difference in power consumption..that makes it go long at one charge..
And dont rely on these graphics for playing graphic intensive games.. Better you have one with dedicated graphic card.
