please suggest me a laptop[not for gaming]

hey guys I'm planning to get a laptop for college.
I don't know much about laptop specs and pricing so I'm asking here. I don't need a high end one since I have a decent gaming PC at home.

These are the main programs I'll use for the laptop:
-Microsoft Office Suite
-Visual Basic for writing programs
-Adobe Flash CS6 to make animation


So which laptop do you recommend?? I don't need an expensive one since I won't play any game at all on this. Windows 8 preferably since it boots up ultra fast and of course a cheap laptop with SSD normally has low capacity so I gotta get one with HDD with Win 8
