Pls review this laptop

hi guys.. I need your Valuable help/suggestions yet again.

I am planning to Sell off my Aging Desktop & will be replacing it with a Laptop ( space constraints & portability reasons ).
My Budget is Under 40k ( maybe additional 1k or 2k ONLY if the laptop is worth it ). My Primary Requirement will be :

1. Gaming : Somewhat moderate. I do, however hope, to play newer games at atleast medium or low settings. ( primary priority )
2. Multimedia : Will be watching a lot of movies. So, would like the display to be good. ( secondary priority )
3. Browsing(5-10 tabs )/Torrent : Will be downloading a lot, so if low power consumption is present, its appreciated. ( lowest on priority list. If not present, no big deal )

I know i shouldn't be aiming for gaming laptops when my budget is 40k & that i would get better specs if i was going for desktops, but as earlier stated, due to space constraints & portability reasons, i have to go for laptops.
Hoping to play BF4,CRYSIS 3 on it

How is 820M.Is it can play heavy games like BF4 Crysis 3?

Battlefield 4 2013 low 1024x768 - 38.8 fps Compare med. 1366x768 - 26.3 fps Compare high 1366x768 - 18.7 fps

Crysis 3 2013 low 1024x768 - 25.1 fps Compare med. 1366x768 - 15.6 fps Compare

In other words not that great. Would probably have to put all settings on low to get OK fps but even then i wouldnt call it smooth.

The GT 820m is considered a lightweight graphics chip. The integrated Radeon HD 8650g in the A10-5750m APU is considered a bit more powerful.

For Crysis 3 I would say the bare minimum is the GT 840m. Even with that GPU you would be playing with the lowest settings and resolution to get decent frame rates.

The 820M is more of a low end card but it can play BF4 on the lowest settings.

I would suggest to wait a bit as gaming laptops are becoming lighter, like the laptop origin announced which I forgot its name. This means you will be able to get the best of both worlds without buying a laptop which will become date very quickly, as 2K + screens are becoming common
