I request your inputs on which digital Camera to purchase based on my following criteria.

Goal: I want to purchase a Point & Shoot Digital Camera.

Purpose of the P&S camera:
Portraits, General usage(meaning just shooting in parties, occasions, family gathering),
also I want to shoot short,decent,clear video clips to be posted on my personal website.

Price Limitation (or Budget):$200 - $250.

I researched a bit and found some models, Let me know will the following serve my purpose:
