Solved! Plz help. Locked out of my tablet by bitlocker.

I have an Asus transformer tablet and I am locked out by bitlocker. It did this by itself. My uncle gave it to me for mothers day and he accidentally deleted the email with the bitlocker information. I have never seen this before so I am totally lost. We use this tablet for my 8 and 6 year olds school stuff. Any information that can help point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Oh I have windows 10 if that helps any. Thank you in advance.

So no password and no recover key?
Nothing you can do other then reset back to factory.
