Plz help me guys

I have a Hp laptop it doesn't wanna turn on it's not even charging the problem is not the charger and the battery, what could be the problem?

Dead motherboard is most likely issue. Try removing the battery, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds, plug it into wall power with no battery and see if it works then. Does it not turn on at all? No lights or fans go on?
