i have windows 7 and proceesor athlon II x3 450 when unlock it work fine to phenom II x4
but when unlock it on win 8 it didnt work all time blue screen any1 know how resolve this problem ?

My up-time is over two weeks right now without a reboot. What "a lot" (not alot) of bugs does it have and what do you think would cause his issue?


I don't know anything about core unlocking, but I'll say that and can't offer any advice to the OP other than maybe try new motherboard drivers or something, but I won't just trash the OS.

what test did you use on windows 7 when you said it work fine? maybe windows 8 use the unlock core while windows 7 didn't.

download updated drivers from manufacturers.

You got lucky the phenom was a marvel for amd so much so they they are better for gaming then everything AMD has made until this last fx 8000 series.

sadly unclocking a core is not 100% and if you got it to work there is the possibility that it is now unstable so do normal overclocking procedure to stabilize it adding volts or lowering the multi.

+1^ unlocking cores is not guaranteed, anyways try looking for manufacturer updates for drivers and see if that helps.
