Police radio output

Can you tell me the audio output range of a UK police radio? Is it above 3 5 khz? The standard cellphone is approx that is my understanding. I am asking as this relates to the relevance or not as to whether people with high frequency hearing loss at the 4khz range have a problem with using the device If it outputs at less than 4khz then I assume that the hearing loss is effectively made irrelevant.

Can anyone tell me if a UK police radio audio output is greater than 3 5 khz? I want to know if people with high frequency hearing loss can't hear the radio properly. My understanding was that cell phones are usually around 3 5 khz so assuming police radio won't be more and that it effectively becomes a non issue?
