Poor playback quality of Facebook live videos whe i download them?

I have been streaming from FB a lot lately with a lot of success but the only issue I have is if I want to go and download my live videos off of facebook they download at 360p/480p with the original video being 720p or higher. It makes no sense. I even tried downloading in HD. Anyone have any experience with this?

Hello, It could be the type of phone that you have or the download settings. Sometimes, in order to save data, the device will download a lower resolution. I would recommenced trying to download them using wi-fi. what are you usiing to download them?

I am downloading them using ethernet cable on pc. Idk why downloading them makes it such a bad quality.
