Solution

This is not going to happen, a gaming size video card and power supply will not fit in a "bag" unless you mean a very large bag and you will be plugging the thing into wall power. Plus by the time you build a chassis for the thing along with a custom screen setup you are going to be well into the price of a laptop. Best you can do is build a small computer and just carry a monitor with you when you travel with it. Or just get a laptop for about $1,000 for games. A low end gaming laptop you can probably find for about $700 for low settings in not too demanding games. Something with a 960m video card maybe on clearance.
A couple of questions:
1. What will you be using the PC for?
2. What's your budget?
3. Do you already have some of the components for this build?

This is about as portable as it gets:

I think if you look around, you can find a gaming laptop that wouldn't be much more expense than building an itx sized PC. Here's an example: https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Inspiron-i7559-12623BLK-Generation-GeForce/dp/B015PYZ186/ref=sr_1_13?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1507912309&sr=1-13&keywords=gaming%2Blaptop&refinements=p_n_feature_seven_browse-bin%3A3012497011&th=1. My point is is you can get a laptop with similar performance versus building a luggable PC.

Or i have a laptop lenovo g450 which is 8 yeas old it has i3 2330m
And 2 gb ram i will replace its mobo and the problem is i do heavy tasking like games editing
And games are one of my favourites are AC series and watch dogs 2 resedient evil and god of war 2 emulated
