I need portable moniter and also a build which i can carry in my bag and it shoud have r3 1200

And this is obvious a laptop would cost me a fortune but portable pc wont

I think if you look around, you can find a gaming laptop that wouldn't be much more expense than building an itx sized PC. My point is is you can get a laptop with similar performance versus building a luggable PC.

Finstar the problem is "what about display"and i am doin this build as i can upgrade it and i have a gtx 1050ti and q9550

Or i have a laptop lenovo g450 which is 8 yeas old it has i3 2330m
And 2 gb ram i will replace its mobo and the problem is i do heavy tasking like games editing
And games are one of my favourites are AC series and watch dogs 2 resedient evil and god of war 2 emulated

This is not going to happen, a gaming size video card and power supply will not fit in a "bag" unless you mean a very large bag and you will be plugging the thing into wall power. Plus by the time you build a chassis for the thing along with a custom screen setup you are going to be well into the price of a laptop. Best you can do is build a small computer and just carry a monitor with you when you travel with it. Or just get a laptop for about $1,000 for games. A low end gaming laptop you can probably find for about $700 for low settings in not too demanding games. Something with a 960m video card maybe on clearance.
