Possibility of Unlock?

hey all, I was looking at the above combo for a new mobo and CPU for my computer, and I had 3 questions.

1) What are the chances I'd be able to unlock the 4th core, considering this is the optimal mobo for doing as such, right?

2) What are my future upgrade options, should I decide to spend some more dough

3) if I have no shot at unlocking core #4, is there a cheaper mobo that anyone recommends such that I could utilize DDR2 RAM at a lower price, since I have no desire at this time to try my hand at overclocking?

and this is a good set, you can get DDR3 RAM a Phenom II and bulldozer when it comes out so there is a large upgrade path

Show me one link that says bulldozer will work in this board.

@OP: This is a good combo, but if you want a quad core buy a quad core. Unlocking disabled cores is never guaranteed. They are disabled for a reason.
