Possible to change Processor?

Is it possible to change the processor of an HP Envy? The current one is an (just reading from the 'systems' page on windows) Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80 GHz 1.99 GHz. It's 8th Generation
If not, is it possible to somehow upgrade my computer? I have 16 GB of RAM, but I'm not sure about my graphics card. I assume that cannot be changed though.

anything with xxxxU is not upgradable. return it if you need a better laptop
