Hello Fellow Citizens of Earth,

So let me explain the issue:
Lately I have noticed that for some reason my Physical RAM ( or virtual keep forgetting that concept ) keeps not wanting to Flush the "USED" RAM like it did before, now at 1st i thought " maybe its just being silly" but after around 30 shut downs in 4 days its kind of suspicious, now i have noticed that now it just keeps the data and once or twice it goes down 100 MB - 1GB.

and this started happening around 5-7 days ago, last thing i remember was playing SMITE then suddenly it started doing it. ( not sure if it might help but skype has been acting up aswell, but that one is for the SKYPE Community Unless anyone thinks it might have something to do with this )

IF its a Malware or Virus how come ESET SS didn't detect it and what would be the way to go around this issue.

Update :
I forgot to mention this but, on the processes it shows that it uses 2.2 GBs running the windows essentials and stuff
4-7 GB with 1-2 heavy demanding apps running.

^^^^ Exactly. If you want to run and download malwarebytes. Delete everything it finds.

Also you have to remember. THIS IS NOT ONE SINGLE PROGRAM THAT PROTECTS YOU FROM EVERYTHING! No what what any Antivirus software says NOTHING protects you from EVERYTHING. Certain virus/malware gets though one scanner and gets caught by another.

There is a BIG Ransomware virus called CryptoWall going around. I found out that Microsoft Security Essentials and ESet NOD 32 DO NOT PICK IT UP! I Tried the top 12 Paid and the top 12 Free Antivirus's and these two didn't catch them so not everything gets everything.

On the Virus thing, didn't know that ESET couldn't detect that one and... yeah I might need to run malwarebytes and SuperAntispyware ^-^
Now on The RAM, LIKE I Stated, this is not normal by any means and if you are telling my machine can't DUMP RAM to allow a higher priority program to load then wdf lol.... Again let me be more clear.

1. RAM doesn't Dump so when it hits the 12GBs of RAM it wont let me load any program and it takes forever to open system stuff (shutdown menu)
2. This just started happening, any idea if there is some malware/Virus that is silent ( meaning nothing detects it and the system can't pin point where the surge comes from )
3. haven't done any drastic other than update windows and installed a game which i have uninstalled cause i thought that might be the issue but nothing.
4. Event Log doesn't report any errors happening

Any reason why it just started DECIDING that it needs to keep all the DATA CACHED and not Empty it no matter what and the only way to empty it is by Shut down > Unplug power > reconnect > start machine?
