Power on, brief screen then powers off

I just got my Asus G73JH back and I'm having this issue where itll power up for a second, the screen displays for a second then it powers down. I had it charging for a whole day and a half with an after market charger. When the screen displays for a second, it looks like the Windows loading screen or login screen (bright sky blue, not cobalt blue like the blue screen of death)
I don't know if it's the battery or a whole different issue.
Any ideas??

Just got it back from where? If you just got it back after sending it in for say repairs, I would be contacting them about it as it has to be involving what they worked on.
