Powerline adapter can connect but no internet access.

Hi this problem happened recently and I'm using a phone to type out this thread now, I'm using tp link AV500 and been using for quite awhile now. So after I came back from work I suddenly saw that I'm connected to the Internet but no internet access and I also tried using the cmd commands and also uninstalled my Mc fee security scan plus as I though it was intefering but nope restarted my comp and it's still have no internet access. I did a security scan with my avast Av earlier and it detected some malware and stuff it Said a restart is required blah blah but I was downloading a game at the same time so I ignored the restart and when I came back saw the problem restarted my comp and still no luck. I'm doing another scam and hope for the best any suggestions? (Powerline adapter has all 3 leds functioning)

unplug your router from your wall unit, wait for a while, connect it again and then try browsing,

Router has lost connection to your ISP, especially if you can see network devices or access the routers configuration pages via browser. Reboot it.

Holy crap.... it worked!! i even switched the adapter to another socket too and still works

actually it happens to me every 6 hour :lol: experience LOL
