Prefer me a tablet

I am going to buy a tablet and my budget is Rs.10000 (price in India, equivalent to 160 usd). I am confused between two models. Please help me out which one to buy among these two.

I am confused because of the processor specs, though I have no idea which one is better. Tell me if there is any other tablet within my budget. It would be used for education and gaming.

As per my point of view if you want a cheap tablet with features then go for Iball i9018. But if you are planning to search for quality in a table, avoid it both of it and buy Google nexus 7 tablet.
