prepaid gsm? (in flordia)

anyone know if cingular sells prepaid gsm in flordia? (I just need the sim,
not the phone+sim, i plan on using my regular phone for this.)

if they dont, any idea if a tmobile sim will work in my phone? i am unsure
if it is locked-could tmobile unlock it for me if it is indeed locked?

If the phone is unlocked it will work with T-Mobile. What carrier was
the phone originally on? Whichever it was that's probably the carrier
that it's locked to.
