Not off the top of my head. I'm looking at my X30 and I have it loaded to
the Built-In Storage. ( I actually have most programs loaded there). It has
several componenets if you look in AS Add/Remove Programs or the Remove
Programs list on the PPC. They are HP Mobile Printing, HP Mobile Printing
Viewer Control ... (full name cut off), and HP Mobile Printing System. You
might try removing all via AS's remove option and do it from both the PPC
and the desktop, to get a clean install. After that maybe do one piece at a
time if AS says they all are installed. Just uncheck it, say OK, go back in,
recheck it and let it re-install. I don't recall any more if I had trouble
getting it on there or not.
Just know it is possible and it works. There is a possibility that it is
conflicting with something else. I'm sure you don't want to hear about how
you verify that (the phrase hard reset shows up in that conversation).
