problem booting with ssd in lenovo B5400

Hello
I purchased yesterday a Lenovo B5400 and today i changed the HDD for a SSD that i have in my old laptop(windows 7 installed), but i cant start windows.
It is recognized in the BIOS and boot menu, but the lenovo boot screen continuosly flashed with no error message.
I tried with UEFI enabled and disabled, with Legacy support, secure bot enabled and disabled, etc, but it dont start.

Is there any solution to avoid having to reinstall windows?
