Solved! Problem on Remote control of Yamaha receiver RX V 475

I guessed accidentally I pressed certain button on the remote control of Yamaha receiver RX V 475 so volume control in the remote control doesn't work. Other buttons like power, music etc. work normal as usual.
Anyone can help?

Try the A-B zone buttons. If you switched to zone B the volume would not work on zone A.

Your remote should have an area marked zone with buttons A and B below. Press the A button. That should hopefully return the remote volume to the main zone.
If the remote doesn't have these buttons then the problem may be in the remote or in the receiver.
You can check if the remote is sending a signal.
