problem starting lenovo

hei there my name is andrew and i have a problem with my lenovo 305 ,i've buyed this laptop 5 days ago from amazon ....and today ive notice that i installed to many bad apps like a virus ...and i tried to make a factory reset soo i press that button and now the pc its stuck in restart mode he is keep trying to turn on but its refreshing every time in that mood ... jeep trying to turn on ...please can i turn on in some other ways i tried from get in bios and adter that safe mode but i didnt find safe mode in this lenovo
