problem to acces sd card on andriod

I can't move or copy any file from my internal storage to external sd card in my andriod phone ? while i can use and see the files are already on my sd card, and can full access the same sd card on my laptop.

Download file manager (https/play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.estrongs.android.pop). This app will open your phone folders
You can easy copy/paste/cut and do whatever you wont!
And... you can also connect the phone with usb cable and computer (same like flash drive).
