I hope you guys can help me because i'm looking for a solution for a long time now. :)

I've always been able to make a 2th screen on my tv trough my av-receiver (pioneer sc-1223k) but since win 10 it sometimes works but most of the times it doesn't...
The weard thing is that when I start up my pc, you see the bios starting up on the tv screen just intil the login screen of windows appears, and then it skips to my monitor.
When i try to extend my desktop trough the config menu it isn't possible to select a second screen because it just doesn't appear in the list for some weard reason.
Also when i shut down my tv, and the pc is still on you hear the 'titoetim' sound like you disconnected someting and if my monitor is in screensaver mode it jumps back on. So i guess me pc does see something but just not in the right way or something like that.
When it works, and thats very very often, everything works fine. I have image and sound trough the receiver.
My grafics card is an Radeon R9 280X with the latest drivers etc.

Please help :)

Solution
The order that you boot the PC, select that input on the receiver or the TV will affect how they all "handshake" with each other.
The TV isn't always looking to "handshake" and the PC won't activate the HDMI output until it detects that "handshake". Can drive you crazy and it can even change.
Try booting the PC after you have turned on the receiver / TV and selected the correct inputs or try changing inputs on the receiver or TV after the PC is booted.
It might take 10 seconds for the desktop to appear,
