Problem with 9 cells battery Dell

I have a 9 cells battery, but i don't know why the system report to me i'm using only 3cells like in the picture. I thought if the first battery is out then system will automatically switch to another cells, but it didn't do that. Can anyone knows this problem? May i should enable something?
I'm using Dell Latitude E6430 with NVS 5200M

you are reading the picture wrong as it is not 3 cells but 3 batteries which supposedly the laptop can use but only 1 battery installed currently.
