Problem with AMD A6-6310 APU: Low FPS

Okay, so I've been reading around, and from what I see everyone else is not having any FPS problems with this APU. I launch Left 4 Dead 2, it's recommended settings for this APU has everything set to "High". I only get 20-30 FPS at this setting. I set everything to "Low" and I still only get about 30-40 FPS. There is a problem, and idk what it is..

My laptop: Acer Aspire E5 521 model.
6GB RAM
A6-6310 APU - Detected as Radeon R4 graphics according to Device Manager
4 Cores

Any help?

Are they using a laptop A6 or desktop A6: this makes a big difference.

The APU laptops was never meant to play games on high at decent fps, it is a budget laptop, you get what you paid for.

40 FPS on low settings with a laptop APU sounds about par for the course.

It's a laptop... but I'm pretty sure that it should be able to handle Left 4 Dead 2 right?....

I know you have a laptop, I was asking if the reviews you were looking at were for a A6 laptop or Desktop.

Oh, well my bad.. Do you have any suggestions for a new laptop for me to get? I just need one that can play some newer games really smoothly.. I have a dekstop I built that has an R9 270X in it, so that's what I'm used to. I don't need anything special though, I just want something that can play some nice games like CSGO, Left 4 Dead 2, MineCraft, and maybe H1Z1 at 60FPS..

So wait, really quick... What is better, the A6 6310 APU or the A10 4600M APU?
