Problem with MSI Afterburner

I watched some videos on overclocking with afterburner, and wanted to test results on FurMark. Problem is, furmark reads it as the same 1177-1189 mhz. I have the base msi gtx 970 (Not the twin Frozr gaming edition) it's my first build, the only things i changed in afterburner were core clock, power limit, memory clock, and custom fan speeds. In fact with the Mhz set to 150+ Furmark doesnt even say its reaching boost clock of 1241.

Solution
Dont use Furmark, it can damage your graphics card.

Use Unigine Heaven/Valley. That benchmark lists boost clock IIRC.
But you could just use the OSD from MSI AB. On-Screen Display.
Turned it on in RTSS as well (Show OSD).
