Problem With my laptop at startup.

Whenever I start my laptop, it doesnot start windows instead I get a message like this :
Intel UNDI PXE-2.0 ( build 083)
Copyright (C) 1997-2000 Intel Corporation
For Atheros PCIE Ethernet Connection v2.1.1.1(12/23/11)
Check cable connection !
PXE-NOF: Exiting PXE ROM
No Bootable device -- Insert boot disk nd press any key.

Now after, i get this message i switch it off and start it again, 10 times continuously and exactly after this , it starts windows, whats the problem ? Answers, Advises,Assistance and Experiences Required Please.

Your computers hard drive isnt being detected . It may be failing , or it may be a BIOS issue

Enter BIOS and check that the hard drive you boot from is set as the first boot device .

Well, my hardrive is set as the first boot device . sometimes during this message if i enter the BIOS , it says internal HDD not detected.
