Solved! Problem with smart tv

Hello.

I bought a LG TV smart tv 55 '' 4K recently and since yesterday when I try to work with it, some problems happens:

• No answer or
• Too much time or
• When I press a few keys, for example, to increase or decrease the volume, instead of increasing or decreasing one at a time increases or decreases quite a lot. For example, increases from 10 to 30.

I already tried to format the tv to factory settings and tred to use another remote, both failed to solve the problem.
Any solution?

Update the firmware of the TV by an USB pen drive

Download the zip file, unzip it
make a directory called "LG_DTV " on an usb flash drive and copy the unzipped files to this directory. Plug in the drive to your TV, press "stay" and afterwards "install" (should be shown on screen)

if the update won´t get a difference, this might be DOA case. Warranty kicks in.
