problem with starting computer

Computer stalls at "Starting Windows" prompt, wouldn't boot beyond that.

Are you getting any error messages? Can you boot into safe mode?

Whenever my computer has a stall during boot session, I go to the back and pull out a USB plug from the bottommost row. Of course, every computer is different.

Following the previous post, do you have any USB devices (such as an external hard drive) attached that you could remove before booting?
