Problem with streaming 4k video's with samsung smart view,

Hi, i have been trying to stream a large 4k video trough Samsung smartview program on my computer to my samsung smart tv. But it always stops to buffer every few secs. I thought connecting both the tv and my computer into my router with a landline would fix it, but it did not change anything. Can i not stream after a certain size?

Also a side note, my youtube app says my videos are not 4k, is it an error or are they not?

This is normal behavior when you have inadequate bandwidth to stream a video.

Have you looked up the requirements for streaming that content, and then checked to see that what you have meets those needs?

I'm not sure what the requirements are and where i can find them but i got 86 mps in download and 97 mps in upload speed.
