Problems running Kardashian Hollywood game

I have used two different marshmallow tablets and spent a load of money on this game and it gets to where it freezes and won't load. Even with plenty GB and what the game requires to rub, I still have issues where it just doesn't load again. Any suggestions?

Contact the game makers and report the issues to them. They may need to make updates.
