So my girlfriend recently got a new notebook, she was very excited and I was happy for her, now she is really upset because several things have gone wrong. I installed Sims 3 onto her laptop so that she could enjoy herself. Everything was fine and installed fine. We did it at night so after she didn't want to play. Then the following day she calls me up and tells me that Sims 3 wont play, even though the laptop has HD Graphics 4000 and Windows 8. She tried playing it and nothing worked right. Then the laptop starts having a hard time recognizing the Sims 3 cd. And for even more troubles her laptop has slowed down, apps are way slower, and internet is as well, and now for some reason her touchpad does not work whatsoever. All she can do is use the touch screen, which is nice but a touchpad is useful sometimes.
