problems with keyboard function

-I have acer notebook aspire E1-570-6612.Since yesterday I am finding that while I am typng question mark function, this É function is coming instead of the regular function.Any keyboard which has green function beside the regular while function,while i am typing any symbol its coming as a special characters instead of regular one.Please help me.please. the functions are ¨¨Ç À È é "'
