HI

my laptop:
lenovo ideapad y570
core i5 2410
4GB ddr3 ram
700 hdd
Nvidia gt 555m with optimus technology

I bought my laptop about 2 months ago, but since the early days, it is being frozen, especially when I'm using google chrome, or when I stop using it for a while, and today I got a blue screen and I have no idea what is causing these problems,
i try in the the lenovo website, but it is not easy to use,
then i want opinions, and solutions.
The laptop never gives problems in play!
what i can do to solve the freeze problem??
i play games like crysis, team fortress2, half life ........

thanks

Make sure you do not have viruses on your laptop. Also check the CPU temperature your CPU temp should not exceed 100 C as the thermal specs say (http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Core_i5/Intel-Core%20i5%20Mobile%20I5-2410M.html). I think reoccurring blue screens usually mean you have hardware problems. So run tests on your memory, cpu and vga card. Use the windows memory test utility let it run for at least 2 or 3 rounds, use prime95 for CPU if it fails it does not necessarily mean you have a bad CPU (in this case check cpu voltage using CPU-Z), and for vga use the "Video Card Stability Test" utility and always monitor temperature.
