ok, here is what happened. my samsung laptop had USER32.dll problems on every other file after i installed the new graphics driver. After i searched what to do, i decided to restore my laptop to factory default. While i was searching, what is that, the laptop went black and wont turn on anymore. So, what was all of that, what is the problem and how can i fix it?
