Hello! I have a AMD E1-2100 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics 1.00GHz processor on my laptop.
My question is can I change it to: INTEL® CELERON® G1840 2.8GHZ 2MB LGA1150 BX80646G1840SR1VK

Solution
Erki Peet, cpu is soldered to the motherboard as per my above link so cannot upgrade it. AMD Kerala (Kabini SoC APU, BGA)
get a new laptop or even better a desktop pc that is totally upgradeable as long as it is s no-name as in dell & others.

Yea, motherboard would need to be swapped as well. For the time, effort, and cost involved, it would make more sense to buy a different laptop, and sell that one. I have done CPU swaps, and other hardware repairs, on laptops, and it is not something I would recommend to just anyone.

What you seek is possible.
There are 3 ways forward:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Hard:
1. Obtain bionic eye implants. One or both
2. Obtain robotic arms, capable of 0.20 mm precision
3. Find a new CPU, that is actually more powerful AND includes the graphics subsystem, of that same socket and pin number (769)
4. Swap the APU (this requires #1 & #2)
5. Rewrite the chipset and BIOS firmware to handle that new CPU
6. Create a new cooling system to handle the extra heat of the new, more powerful, CPU. This will involve a CNC machine and probably a 3D printer
7. Modify the power supply to handle the increased load of the new CPU
8. This will require a year or two of trial and error

Medium:
1. Obtain a whole new motherboard, with included more powerful APU already soldered on, that actually fits in that case and works with the screen
2. Swap them out
3. Purchase a new OS and install
4. This will require $$ equal to the below Easy level

Easy and recommended:
1. Sell that thing and buy a system that does what you want it to do
