Processor upgrade. Help me please.

I really need to upgrade my processor. I have a Sony Vaio VPCEF22FX and I just need out find out what processors or processor type(s) are compatible with my laptop/motherboard. The motherboard is a Hannstar, and I believe it's the MV-6. Help me please. What should I get?
