Professional/Business Web Cam Recommendation Needed

I need to source a few web cams for my business, but I'm having no luck on my own. My searches have produced only the typical "consumer" type and I need a higher-end web cam with a really good image & mic....in the $200-$300 range.

Can anyone provide some good suggestions?

decent professional quality video cameras start at a few thousand dollars and go up

Thanks...but we don't need/want video cameras...just really good quality web cams.
