program freeze disc

Disc in laptop, Acer Aspire 3690 will not eject, plus it has froze?

If you look at the DVD/CD bay door you should see a pin hole by inserting a pin you should get the tray to open? Unless the disc is tightly jamming the tray while inserting the pin try gently pulling on door. What was on the disk you inserted.
