Program That Stays On 1 target

Hi i was wondering, what program i should use to stay on 1 target

Example i have a game that deals with cards, he deals them then mixes them up really fast, i am trying to find it but i always mess up

So basically im wondering is there a program video kinda thing that helps me stick two 1 target in the video , such as a card
