programs installs itself

many programs installs itself randomly like smart web , gamesdesktop , cinema plus, smart search engine , wanjyam , health plus and many more... so are they virus or something else?? and plzzz tell me solution how to stop their installation and are they cause of slowdown pc??

Run Malwarebytes, then your antivirus, and stop clicking on suspicious links. Pay attention to install requests and don't allow what you don't know, and be sure when you do install stuff that you de-select the junkware they try to include.

when are these programs installing? are you clicking on any ads or spam on a webpage? or are you reinstalling windows

these installs automatically when i'm not browsing then also and I never click on add or anything else and after 1-2 hour they reinstalls
