Hello,
I purchased a HTZ310 Samsung Surround Sound from Circuit City on 8/31/08. I had to return for service for a check fan message in 8/09. It is 12/10 and I have the same problem. I called Samsung and they tell me I have no warranty. Please advise

Circuit City closed in 2009 but if you purchased a protection plan it's probably just an insurance policy taken out with a third party -- that firm may still exist. I would examine the protection plan document closely and contact the insurer named on it.
