Proxy or VPN?

Last week my Instagram account got blocked. It took me a good few hours today to find out what could be a cause of that. I managed to find a couple of options to try to unblock it, <Removed by Moderator> .

Has anyone had this issue? Any advice on what worked?

Sorry but we are not here to assist you in getting around your bans with Instagram so this thread is being closed.

Best advice, is do the time and wait until its lifted... and don't do whatever you did again.
