Proxy sites

I have a website that I have blocked some troublesome people from and they keep using proxys to get back in, is there a way to stop proxys from being able to access my website?

password protect it?

Also most people use the same proxies sites from day to day and the addresses that come are usually in a range.
You may need to block the range and not just individual sites.

Well its a forum, and there are over 90 people who are signed up to it besides the trouble makers, and what do you mean by in a range? how would you find out a rang?

Well Im not the greatest person with network related things but I think you can use whois to find the proxie company info and see what range of addresses that they use.
Larger companys companies may have a block of addresses that they are authorized to use for example 169.170.135.100 through 250
Hopefully someone else will enter this discussion and offer better info.
