1. The 512MB on the Xbox 360 is 256-bit GDDR3. No mobile ram will have the bandwidth even close
2. The 500Mhz ATI Xenos GPU with 10MB eDRAM is far beyond any gpu in any mobile device. It is a 256-bit unified shader architecture, with a 4 Gigapixel fill rate. Compare that to a modern GPU in a phone (ex. PowerVR SGX found in Iphone 4/Android) with a 400 MegaPixel fillrate. I am sorry but come back in three years and you might find something close in a mobie product.
3. The 45nm 64-bit 3-core (6 logical) PowerPC 3.2GHz 32/32KB L1, 1MB L2 Cache CPU, 21GB/s FSB, 96GFLOPS peak performance in the Xbox 360. Tell me one mobile CPU, Motherboard combination that could come close to this?
