Purchased our tv in December. It is a Smart 60 inch 4K. Last week our Smart part has messed up. Cannot watch Netflix or Amazon

Our Smart part of our Samsung 60 4 K tv that we purchased in early Dec. has gone out. Anyone else have this problem?
 
depends on what you mean by "gone out" and since you just bought it in december then it is likelty still under warranty so just contact Sony for help
 
Does your smart tv show that you have a network connecton?
Are you using wired or wireless?

The "smart" functions cant work if the TV does not have internet
