Well i have a qustion about a site called Putlocker, and i am wondering ia it legal to watch movies in Germany or not.
Please help

This is a questionable site, at best, and very likely deemed unlawful in Germany (the EU in general) for copyright infringement. It should also be noted that sites like this are notorious for spreading malware.

So it is not illegal for now if i understand correctly, because my little brother watched some movies 2 days ago on putlocker site and i am afraid that i would have to pay a fine.

He should be fine, I just wouldn't make a habit of it. You should also scan the system for malware/viruses. Good luck.
